People, who would like to take part on the events of the Aquincum Museum, can experience a kind of time-travel. Visitors, from children to adults, can get to know the Roman daily life.
The Aquincum Museum attratcts more than 35,000 visitors every year between April and October. Most of them are pupils and students, but in the summer-tourist-season primarily foreign tourists visit the area. So that people can see the museum with more interest, beside the permanent exhibition the museum provides temporary exhibitions, numerous events and educational programs too.

Floralia - Roman spring festival 22-23 May 2010; 10.00-17.00at the Aquincum Museum The traditional and popular Roman - type feast-day has become a favourite family-program in the last couple of years, which provide a wide variety of interesting programs for everybody: flower-show, theatre-performances, crafts-on-show, performances of the roman, celtic and german reenactment groups and gladiator fights are some of the many programs for the weekend. 	Culture Heritage Days in Aquincum 18,19 September 2010 Aquincum Museum Hungarian museums introduce themselves in 19-20 September. This weekend the visitors get to go behind the scenes of the Aquincum Museum. This programme will be guided by museologists and guides on both days.
	Saturnalia - the roots of the christmas in Antiquity 7-10, 12 December 2010 The museum would like to the antique feasts with artisans, children games, and workshops.
